Logic-level N-channel MOSFET switching module built around the IRLZ44N, fully conducting at 3.3-5V gate voltage. Handles up to 47A continuous at 55V, suited for switching DC motors, LED strips, and other high-current loads directly from a microcontroller.

Ultrasonic, IR, temperature, humidity, motion, current, camera and RF sensor modules - plus relay, logic-level and breakout boards for prototyping and production.
