5840-31ZY worm-drive DC gear motor -- 12V, 160 RPM no-load speed, 8mm D-shaft output. Worm gearing gives strong self-locking holding torque (will not back-drive under load), well suited for winches, hoists, gate/valve actuators, and other high-torque, low-back-drive builds.
